Built in 2003 to very high specifications, Tomhara stands in an elevated, south-facing position, enjoying views across the Camel Estuary and the hills beyond. The house has been designed and furnished to offer every convenience whether you are seeking peace and quiet, or a full activity holiday, in a luxurious self-catering home.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor there are 4 south facing bedrooms, 3 of which open out onto a terrace. There are two large bathrooms both with baths and separate showers. The ground floor also has a large hall, utility room and a further wetroom/WC which has direct access from outside, and provides space to shower off, rinse down and hang out wet suits/wellies etc.
First Floor
The living area comprises a large sitting room and a huge open plan kitchen and dining room with glass folding doors the length of the room. This opens onto a sundeck with the most magnificent south facing views across the Camel Estuary and the hills beyond. There is also a study area, kid’s playroom/6th bedroom and WC on this floor.
The Grounds
Tomhara sits in an extremely sheltered position with a terrace and garden to the front, and a further terraced garden to the rear The garden is spacious and not overlooked and is surrounded by large, mature trees of various species. There is outside furniture and a barbecue area as well as sufficient parking for 4/5 cars.
